My six-year-old thinks I don't have a job.

I have no boss, don't wear a uniform or work a standard workweek.

Some mornings we rush out the door, and other days we take our time.

She twirls in my office chair and draws on my whiteboard.

And none of it looks like work to her.

While I understand this confusion, if only she could have seen what I was doing today - helping local leaders and business owners to lead and leverage the Millennial workforce.

Then at least she'd know she's absolutely right. What I do is not a job.  It's passion in action.

Life is short.  I hope you're doing something that you love.
