No interest in advancing your career? It doesn't mean you stop learning.
Sure, it's easier to lead those ambitious ‘A’ players, but how do we motivate and inspire those who appreciate and hopefully love their role, but have no interest in moving up?
The answer lies in understanding that our world keeps moving.
And advancement is different from learning and adaptability, meaning we all have to evolve along with our environment - from the top down. As Charles Darwin says: “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.”

In other words, while advancement shouldn’t be a requirement, learning and adaptability should be a fundamental expectation of us all, regardless of role.
